To: All Lakehill Baseball and Softball Association Members:

In accordance with Sections 71 and 77 of the Societies Act and Sections 5.29 and 5.30 of the Lakehill Baseball & Softball Association Bylaws, the Board is calling for an Annual General Meeting to be held on Wednesday, November 24, 2021 at 7:00pm, electronically via Zoom.

All Members of the Lakehill Baseball & Softball Association are invited and encouraged to attend the November 24, 2021 Annual General Meeting.

In addition to reviewing the 2021 season, the election of candidates to fill vacant positions on the Lakehill Baseball & Softball Association Board will take place at the end of the meeting. In accordance with Section 2.3 of the of the Lakehill Baseball & Softball Association Bylaws, any member of the Lakehill Baseball & Softball Association in attendance may cast a single (1) vote at the annual general meeting.
